Florida Minimum Wage Going to $13 an Hour!

Sept 30, 2024, is the fourth annual increase in the minimum wage to $13.00 an hour & $9.98 for tipped employees.

This is part of the state’s requirement to get the minimum wage to $15.00 an hour as per the 2020 voter approved referendum. By 2026, the minimum wage will reach $15.00 an hour.

We just wanted to remind you about this since your next payroll could be affected if you have anyone being paid under that amount, work with your Account Coordinator to make sure you are compliant!
